Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a well-known leader in the Technology Industry. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.
The Role :
- Providing legal services and and conducting legal and compliance risk assessments
- Provide advice on legal issues faced by business units
- Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units
- Support compliance promotion and education activities in Singapore and APAC region.
- Occasional business travel may be required
To Qualify
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Pro-active and self-motivated learner
