Job Responsibilities : 

Responsible for the Project coordination and Interface Management

Responsible for ICD and IDD with respective interface partners

Coordinate Depot Equipment with different department/subsystem/subcontractor/consultants/clients

Respond and create RFI, letters, transmittal and Meeting Minutes from SWC/CIV/client

Responsible for the coordination of Integrated / Interface Testing and testing running activity amongst the interface partner and internal system.

Ensure all drawings used for constructions are latest & approved

Coordinate/Report the project schedule and cut-off dates with the Depot Equipment 

Group/Department re concerns, priorities and field modifications

Requirements : 

Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Civil engineering

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the DEPOT equipment design

5-8 years experience in MRT or rail projects

Experience in system interface management and system integration

Exceptional English communication skills

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Proactively and positively handling the task and problem solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office application

Experience in AUTOCAD and BIM

Strong and effective communication at all levels within the Business
