Description

  • We're always looking for talented, passionate, results-driven people who love interacting with clients and team-mates to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive you will support both guests and local hosts in Japan. You'll represent Voyagin to our community and be responsible for improving the quality of our operations and product, and push us forwards in delivering a great experience to all our users by:

    • - Supporting guests and hosts via email and phone
    • - Helping to co-ordinate our diverse CS team
    • - Analyzing inquiries in order to continually improve operations
    • - Defining new guidelines & instructions for our teams and communities
    • - Taking new initiatives for operational improvement
