Description

This incumbent will be responsible for expanding the community and sparking participation among individuals interested in residential strata title issues. 

 He or she has to coordinate this effort through a portal called MCSTGuru and advise the company about technology trends and the optimal choices for community engagement and community management. You will be accountable for the product road map that will enable the community participants to be more effective participants in the strata title eco-system. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community & Marketing

a. Identify, develop, inspire and manage a community of participants on the portal MCSTGuru.com (include site managers, council members, SPs, vendors)

b. Manage and moderate social media interactions (on Forum, FB) to ensure healthy and productive online engagements; track social media ROI

c. Create a community with a sufficient number of registered users on the portal, guide the growth of the online community

d. Promote marketing services to vendors participating on the platform. (Identify marketing needs of target vendors and provide those services.)

2. Product Road Map

a. Create a vision and product road map for the product that delivers on the community objectives and knowledge management objectives.

b. Work alongside management to guide developers to refine the portal; ensure developers deliver the desired output in accordance to schedule/budget

c. Creating a product roadmap for phase 2 development of MCSTGuru

3. Content management

a. Develop plan to generate relevant, high quality content for MCSTGuru

b. Create a content style & format that will be used consistently throughout  

Job Responsibilities :

1. Familiar with Wordpress and BuddyPress

2. Know or learn about MCST issues

3. Network with experts/personas involved with MCST and SP

4. Content management and development

5. Demonstrated marketing ability (sales-related biz dev experience a plus)

6. Demonstrated community management experience

7. Excellent communicator

8. Media savvy, especially in local context (Singapore)

9. Singapore based.

Requirements : 

● Degree in media or related field or at least 3 years in media industry

● Extensive digital marketing experience

● Basic WordPress experience

● Attention to detail

● Energized by a start up environment: fast moving, ambiguous

● Hands-on experience in content planning and creation

● A natural people person who thrives on building genuine relationships with all partners

● Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
