Position Title:​​ 
HR & Admin Manager​
Reports to: CEO
Direct Reports: HR Executives & Customer Service Executive

Objective of role: Be the senior HR Contact (internal and external) for Norbreeze Group on all matters pertaining to HR, training, admin and customer service. Be a strategic partner to and work closely with the Executive Management team and to the organization at large. Promote employee engagement, motivation and development of a strong company team culture.

Manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures in Singapore and across the region, including but not limited to Vietnam.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:

Employee satisfaction & Company Culture 

  • Set clear KPIs and monitor the Employee Satisfaction Score. Further work with the Executive Management and the respective HODs to ensure that the KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Spearhead a review and new potential revision of the company values together with the Executive Management Team and the organization at large.


Recruitment 

  • Ensure that there is a Job Description and Scorecard for each position in the company.
  • Lead recruitment process, identifying the recruitment channel taking into consideration of cost efficiency, assist hiring manager identify the right fit candidate for the position.
  • Spearhead the induction program of new joiners ensuring a comprehensive induction is provided to the new joiner.
  • Oversee the onboarding cycle of new hires


Organization Capability 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to support the business strategy, ensuring the right organization structure and formulate the right HR strategies to achieve the set targets.
  • Assist HODs in identifying the evolvement of each role over time ensuring right support and tools are provided to support the development and progression of individuals for their day to day operations.


Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits 

  • Ensure constant communications on performance review between line manager and line staff are consistent, clear and conducted in a regular manner.
  • Spearhead the annual appraisal system within Group and execution is within stipulated timeline.
  • Propose a balanced reward system within Group for increment, commission and incentives programs across all levels ensuring competitiveness across local markets.
  • Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data
  • Ensuring close monitoring of overall staff cost are within approved budget.


Training 

  • Oversee the Training Department.
  • Engage with Executive Management Team to identify training needs and provide training solutions that support the overall business strategy.
  • Work with internal trainer to source external resources to support respective brands’ training development.
  • Monitor and track result of training progression to ensure objectives are met and goals are achieved.
  • Ensure periodical and timely evaluation of all training executed and effectiveness of training implemented.


Customer Service 

  • Implement and monitor a customer satisfaction system and propose KPIs hereto.
  • Oversee the Customer Service department ensuring prompt actions on customers’ enquiries/ feedbacks
  • Monitoring the timeframe for service and repairs of timepieces ensuring it falls within the approved time frame
  • Control of spare parts purchases and defects


Admin 

  • Timely submission of reports with analysis to the Executive Management Team and the organization at large.
  • Control of office sundries and expenses
  • Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore, Vietnam and in countries where Norbreeze Group has a local presence.
  • Actively monitor potential grants and support to the individual staff and Norbreeze Group from government bodies in Singapore, Vietnam and in countries where Norbreeze Group has a local presence. 


Key attributes 

  • Set and monitor clear KPIs for all areas of responsibility
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and vendors on various projects
  • Ensuring legal compliance with local market’s legislations
  • Be able to communicate and execute effectively on HR policies
  • To support the Exec Management Team in the strategic development of the Norbreeze’s organization and culture
  • Ensure a healthy turnover rate in the business
  • To conduct and evaluate market research ensuring competitiveness maintaining a good attrition rate.
  • To assist branding Norbreeze to be the Employer of Choice, having positive Employee Valued Proposition (EVP).
  • Contributing to and developing HR plans and strategies;
  • Take responsibility for and manage staff cost, including recruitment and development costs in accordance to the approved budget;
  • Monitoring local market’s employment activity;
  • Set clear KPIs for all areas of responsibility
