Primary Responsibilties :

Understand HR process maps and gather data from localization and related HR business process workshops 

Analyze and evaluate data to provide business intelligence and assess risk and opportunities 

Develop clear and detailed business process requirements 
Document process and work flows, system requirements (including user stories if applicable) 

Support localization of documentation of Global Services HR documents for processes in scope as coordinated by Global Services HR workstream 

Identify and standardize/harmonize supporting documentation/assets where applicable 

Finalize localized process documentation (process maps, Desktop Procedures/DTPs, Job/Training Aids) 

Document system requirements and SFDC user stories (as applicable) 

Co-facilitate workshops with SME's 

Requirements : 

Identifying issues and risks 

Identify and evaluate systems and procedures that meet business and compliance requirements 

Ensures the recommended solution is both compliant and efficient 

Effectively communicate with stakeholders, region and global teams to deliver technology solutions

Support Project team with deep subject matter expertise in area of specialty as needed 

Provide input into development of business solutions and Global Services HR documentation 

Manage day to day activities for the business analysis work areas and provide prioritization of work assignments and serve as an escalation point for issues. (resolve breakdown in process work flow, issues to smooth out the process work flow and technology configuration) 

Partner with Global, Regional and Country HR Teams to capture, evaluate, and support resolution of localization process issues.. 

Track and monitor trends related to process localization by category, region, function, and other relevant groupings. Proactively identify opportunities and work with appropriate HR functions to determine workflow, system, or process changes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. 

Assure proper documentation of internal procedures. Establish and communicate standards and protocols as necessary. 

Communicate regularly with manager, team members, and appropriate stakeholders regarding task or project status. Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure quality service levels. 

Adhere to company, department, and team standards of professionalism and protocol. Assure that behavior complies with the J&J credo and supports a positive work environment.
