Description:

  • Consolidate and prepare management sales reports in coordination with various departments
  • Participate and provide administrative & logistic supports to all Business Development activities and functions
  • Assist with the development and implementation of all Business Development’s processes and procedures
  • Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally
  • Attend to all enquiries, feedbacks and complaints including highlighting issues and offer practical solutions to the team


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Educational level in any field
  • Possess working experience(s) in insurance/financial sector would be advantageous
  • Experienced in providing administrative support for seminars and events
  • Experienced in preparing management sales tracking, business activity reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel Powerpoint)
  • Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communication
  • Able to work independently and possess initiative
  • Suggests improvements in procedures to management
  • Meticulous and accept responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed and flexible with putting in extra hours when necessary
