A leading financial services firm is looking for a talented Head of Collections and Operations in Singapore to join a forward-thinking, innovative and reputable management team. In this job, you will have the opportunity to lead ongoing operations, create business strategies and drive organisational excellence and growth as the firm enters their next phase of growth and expansion.

About the Head of Collections and Operations Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive the firm's ongoing operational strategy and ensure the efficiency and productivity of the business. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will participate in business expansion activities locally and regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the teams and oversee the overall operations, standard operating procedures, compliance and procedures
  
• Design and implement business strategies, and continuously strengthen existing operating procedures
  
• Set comprehensive business goals for performance and growth
  
• Evaluate the team performance through data analysis and interpretation
  
• Ensure a sustainable growth in client accounts locally and regionally
  
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients in financial investment and debt acquisition
  

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 15 years' experience in banking or financial services focusing on debt recovery, credit solutions or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of credit management and debt recovery strategy
  
• Leadership and management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams with success
  
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
  
• Confident, driven and highly motivated
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to implement solutions
