Primary Responsibilties :

This specific role is geared towards to 2k/Roadrunner, a key expansion project for the site for the coming years, one that requires clear focus so that the opportunity does not become a risk. Job Description :

Work closely with business to deliver HR initiatives as well as providing them with operational support. Provide guidance and input on key people processes ; workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, talent management, performance management, employee relations, employee survey etc. Ensure that issues are resolved by outlining options and making recommendations.

Acting as an employee champion and change agent to support business needs and drive business performance.

Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualification/ Skillset Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant HRBP in manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
  • A track record of providing HR consultation to management on strategic initiatives and handling of employee relations matters.
  • Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
  • Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; an articulate and persuasive communicator including good presentation and influencing skills; analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Workday is preferred.
