Working days : 5 days week (Monday to Friday)
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities with new customers within United States.
As a Business Development Manager you will be developing staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.
Need to develop own leads and bring Business for our company
• Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing across US Geography.
• Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
• Meet and exceed company's staffing targets
• Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies
• Execute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders
Skillset
• Relevant business development experience in IT Staffing and Consulting
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
• Excellent communication skills
