Description

A top global investment firm, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Graduate Recruitment team.

Reporting to the Head of Graduate recruitment, as Program Manager, your role will be to assist the full cycle of the Graduate program for the company. This includes attracting junior talent through internships, scholarships and professional programs

You will be required to drive campus recruitment through career fairs and continually using employee branding to recruit and build pipelines of exceptional candidates.

Liaising with universities and Heads of Departments you will manage the full process, including scheduling interviews, running meetings, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers. You will also be involved in driving campus recruitment through the use of marketing campaigns, career fairs, presentations and events.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified with at least 4 years of campus recruiting experience. You must have exceptional communication skills to be able to interact and influence senior management and stakeholders. As well as being meticulous, you will have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
