Description

Job Summary

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the assigned business development of Singapore operations. He will be tasked with driving, terming the growth of company's business model; execute sales strategies against corporate goals and objectives, and develop and scale up new business and customer bases. 

Overall, he will be tasked with assisting BU Director in directing the business development operators and sales of the entire BU. He may be required to manage and grow a team of talented professionals, leading engineering team and directing them to execute successfully against Company's strategic plan.


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate business strategies and execute sales plan to achieve goals in market share, revenue and profit 
  • Manage and drive business growth with existing key account, build up partnership ecosystem
  • Identify new opportunities, develop new business and customers in existing and new market segments.
  • Liaise closely with product development team and corporate functional teams to align business strategies/goals with product strategies and corporate direction
  • Conduct market intelligence and trends analysis, competitor’s analysis, cost analysis and price benchmarking to develop pricing strategies to win and secure profitable projects
  • Establish strong relationship with customers and meeting customer expectation in terms of technology, cost, quality and supply, in order to maximize revenue and profit
  • Manage all sales related activities including proposal preparation, presentation, contract and terms negotiations, periodic price negotiation and cost analysis, liability and exposure management and negotiation, etc.
  • Work with delivery term for project delivery.
  • Prior working experience in HP, Keynote, Perfecto mobile, Mobile labs, Soasta, Wipro, Infosys, Pactera, Tech mahindra, Accenture, Experitest, Samsung Mobile, Apple, AWS, microsoft, Vmware, IBM, Accenture, Splunk on similar capacity will be given priority

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Computer science
  • An outspoken person with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Have Consulting and solution selling experience in at least 2 of these areas: Cloud, DevOps, Mobility, Test/Automation, Big Data/Analytics
  • A strong and self-motivated leader with desire and passion to excel
  • Market savvy, strong analytical skill and resourcefulness
  • Great business connection in government sector, financial domain and biotech is a plus point
  • 5 years of working experience in IT consultation sales.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in IT environment.
