Job Descriptions:

This is a Performance Engineer role for someone that can do programming using Java for full automation. We need someone that has created test scripts and run them in complex environments, We need someone that is beyond just a performance tester - someone that can not only tell pass/fail but also is able to generate what to do or do root cause analysis in a meaningful way out of the various metrics.

Qualification/ Skillset Requirements : Degree in IT or Computer Science with Core skills - Coding expertise in Java, Database (MySQL, Oracle), Linux, Jenkins, Splunk, NewRelic, Perf related tools like Jmeter, Gatling, Scala. Experience with Messaging queues. Familiar with Agile Methodologies, Good communication skills. Experience with troubleshooting performance issues.

Remuneration and Benefits Compensation Structure: Above 5k/month
