Description

Review, analyze and evaluate requirements and technical documents to produce relevant tests and ensure sufficient test coverage to exceed quality expectations
Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation and automated scripts
Ensure testing environments are correctly prepared and identify and resolve important or blocking bugs expeditiously
Planning and prioritizing work based on the requirements of the customers.
Lead efforts to develop, document and implement applicable QA processes and procedures to provide high quality work outputs
Initiate effective communication with customers regarding objectives, issues and continuous improvement in the QA processes.
Works with other managers to organize project schedule and plan resource allocation models for QA related projects and other activities such as software development
Reviewing performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing program improvement
Monitor the overall technical activities; functional and non-functional testing, issue verification, test planning, troubleshooting of issues and other technical activities as per requested.
