Description

Campus Outreach & Branding for Young & Aspiring Talent Programs (i.e. Management Associate Program, SHINE internships, Cadet Scholarships and Undergraduate Scholarships)

Reporting to the Group Talent Management team, you will be required to support respective program leads for Campus Outreach & Branding and Aspiring Talent Programs by driving the following activities. Please note that the list below is indicative and not exhaustive.

Primary Responsibilties :

a. Campus Events

  • Optimise current and new platforms/approaches of increasing awareness and mindshare of Singtel’s Young & Aspiring talent programs amongst target student segments
  • Plan and arrange campus events such as fairs, talks, competitions, etc. by liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR business partners, business managers) and external parties (e.g. reps from polytechnics and universities)

b. Branding

  • Develop employer branding materials (e.g. pitch decks, websites, EDMs, brochures, standees, premiums, articles, backdrops, social media banners, etc.); this will encompasses artwork direction, crafting compelling key messages & USPs, etc.

c. Support Aspiring Talent Programs

  • Support in the selection & assessment of SHINE interns, Cadet Scholars and UGS Scholars
  • Gather meaningful roles from business managers for SHINE interns
  • Coordinate talent development activities for SHINE interns and UGS scholars

Qualification/ Skillset Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in areas such as Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communications, etc.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and/or General HR
  • Quick learner, adaptable, creative and highly resourceful
  • Keen interest in employer branding for a dynamic organization in the info-communication technology industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to write and communicate in English persuasively
  • Independent worker who is able to work well in a team
  • Strong multi-tasker, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient at using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
