Description

Primary Responsibilties :

• Provide IT infrastructure solutions to customers in government, education and healthcare sectors 
  
• Provide strong technical support and thought leadership during pre-sales process 
  
• Ascertain and elicit customer requirements, engage in consultative and technical solutions meetings, architect a complete solution, working with sales, vendor and internal solution teams. Undertake ownership and accountability for the design of customer's IT infrastructure 
  
• Conversant in multiple system products and solutions including server, storage, virtualisation and backup solutions
  
•  Work closely with sales team to provide technical proposals, presentations and solutions for tenders and RFPs
  

Qualification/ Skillset Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or relevant fields 
  
•  At least 4 years working experience in similar environment 
  
•  Strong presentation, problem solving and analytical skills Experience in providing IT infrastructure solutions. Strong understanding and good knowledge in system technologies such as servers, SAN/NAS storage, backup, security, server/storage virtualization, server OS, databases and data center solutions
