What you’ll be doing

This role will be responsible for the business development of our services and products.

Drive awareness and business growth

Participate actively in all aspects of growing the business, including but not limited to strategic planning, demand generation and new account acquisition.

Achieve targets of revenue and customer base assigned by the company.

Potential new hire will be responsible for…

• Responsible for achieving company’s annual targets by increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Identify, grow opportunities and collaborate with HQ support teams to ensure growth attainment and customer satisfaction
• Establish and cultivate on-going relationships with key clients to gain a thorough understanding of customer needs.
• Plan and manage the full relationship between the business and its key corporate account.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Participate in a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
• Maintain relationships and negotiate contracts and prices in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
• Conduct sales pitch / presentations. Ensure coverage and market penetration.
• Provide after-sales support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiations, process improvement etc.
• Build and strengthen business relations with respective strategic customers

What we need from you

  • Inviting the ideal candidate with strong communication, problem solving soft skills, influencing, solid planning and organisation skills.  
  • Actively engage, partner the management and employees to work and accomplish our business objectives. 
  • Might require frequent overtime work basis, travel, evening/weekend work etc.

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or related disciplines.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales in IT, Business Development and Cloud Software Industry.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, achiever, highly independent

• Knowledge of telecommunication sales, business development, marketing and channel sales skills

• Excellent command in both written, spoken English and Chinese to liaise with English, Chinese speaking stakeholders and customers
