Description

Primary Responsibilties :

• Facilitate requirements elicitation session with stakeholders/end users to create Business Requirements Document (BRD) to perform AS-IS / end to end TO-BE business / functional process gap analysis to propose of appropriate technical solutions and recommendations.
  
• Preparation of High / Low Level Design Documents (HLD/LLD), Database Design including data mapping, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Traceability Requirements Matrix Documents as per SDLC standard.
  
• Manage and track business requirements related tasks and close on timely manner including obtaining signoffs from stakeholders.
  
• Ensure project business / system requirements were effectively and accurately documented and communicate to the software development team with appropriate guidance.
  
• Test support and co-ordination with testing team members for SIT and UAT.
  
• Review system test plans and system integration test outcomes.
  
• Co-ordinate user acceptance testing activities and with technology team members.
  
• Ensure solutions and systems provided meet project objectives.
  
• Preparation of training materials, operational procedures and application manuals.
  
• Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy.
  
• Able to travel to Hong Kong and other Asian regions
  

Qualification/ Skillset Requirements :

• MUST have overall of 5 to 8+ years Business System Analyst experience in financial industry focusing on Loan, Leasing and Treasury Systems.
  
• MUST have knowledge of treasury functions such as Bank Funding, Swap, Derivatives, Cash Projection.
  
• Hands on Business System Analysis experience on scratch based development projects with knowledge and understanding of systems infrastructure.
  
• Hands on experience on database analysis, design and stored procedure SQL create and execution using SQL, Oracle environment.
  
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  
• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  
• Good communication skills with confidence to reach out different level of stakeholders, engage with software development team members.
  
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work in a multicultural team.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a team environment and manage multifunctional projects.
  
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  
• Time to time travelling required to Hong Kong and other Asian countries on project basis.
  
• Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) Language skills would be an advantage to liaise with Chinese team member.
